摘要

[目的]研究樟子松嫁接红松生长特性的影响因素.[方法]选取不同红松接穗储藏方式(沙柜、沙藏)及不同生境条件(黄壤土、沙壤土)进行樟子松嫁接红松试验,分析其对红松接穗生长特性的影响.[结果]2014和2015年沙柜储藏方式下红松接穗的基径、新稍生长量均显著或极显著高于沙藏储藏方式,沙柜储藏方式下的接穗总高度极显著高于沙藏方式.黄壤土生境条件下的砧木高度、嫁接成活率、接口直径、新稍生长量均显著或极显著高于沙壤土条件.方差分析表明,储藏方法对红松接穗生长的影响最大.[结论]该研究为干旱及土壤瘠薄地区发展红松果林提供了科学依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To study factors affecting growth characteristics of Pinus koraiensis grafting on Pinus sylvestris.[Method] Experiment of Pinus koraiensis grafting on Pinus sylvestris was conducted under different storage methods (freezer storage,sand hidden) and habitat conditions (yellow earth,sandy soil),effects on growth characteristics of Pinus koraiensis grafting were analyzed.[Result] The basal diameter,new shoot length in freezer storage way in 2014 and 2015 was significant or extremely significant higher than that of sand hidden way,and grafting height was extremely significant higher than that in sand hidden way.Under yellow earth,rootstock height,grafting surv ival rate,interface diameter,shoot length were significant or extremely significant higher than that in sandy soil.The variance analysis indicated that storage method had the greatest influence on the growth of Pinus koraiensis.[Conclusion] The study can provide scientific basis for developing Pinus koraiensis in drought and barren soil area.
