摘要
在对农村居民点土地发展权概念、归属等内容进行分析的基础上,将农村居民点土地发展权按照实物发展权和虚拟发展权配置,并从流转平台、流转主体、流转方式和配套政策等方面,较为完整地提出了农村居民点土地发展权流转制度设计思路.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of concept and belonging of land development right,the paper designed the entitative and indicative distribution of land development right,a complete transferring institution design of land development right of rural residential land was propesed from aspects of transfer platform,transfer subject,transfer mode and supporting policies.
