城镇化水平与区域建设用地集约利用典型相关分析——以山东省为例

摘要
采用典型相关分析方法,分析了山东省城镇化水平与区域建设用地利用集约度2组变量之间的相关关系.结果表明,人口城镇化、经济城镇化和土地城镇化对区域建设用地利用集约度有显著影响,且呈正相关关系;社会城镇化对区域建设用地利用集约度无显著影响.
Abstract
This paper analyzed the correlation between urbanization level and regional construction land use intensive degree using canonical correlation analysis.The results showed that population urbanization,economic urbanization and land urbanization play the significant role in regional construction land use intensive degree.The above three aspects had a positive correlation to the construction land intensive degree,but social urbanization had few impacts on regional construction land use intensive degree.
