摘要
以集宁师范学院园艺专业人才培养实践为基础,分析了在以都市应用为目标的人才培养模式下进行创新人才培养的必要性.围绕适应市场需求的核心课程、核心技能的设置与培养方式的研究,建立了优秀的师资队伍培养体系,引进高水平的应用型人才、建设人才培养的实践基地,搭建学生创新和创业的教育平台.
Abstract
The paper analyzed the necessity of cultivating innovative talents with the aim of urban application,which was based on the training practice of horticultural professionals in Jining Normal College.Establishing an excellent training system for teachers,itroducing high level applied talents,building talent training practice base and education platform for students' innovation and entrepreneurship,which focused on research of core curriculum,core skills and training methods for the market.
