摘要

[目的]探讨基于1-萘酚和恶霉灵的乳油最佳配方.[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法初步测定1-萘酚和恶霉灵对小麦赤霉病菌、油菜菌核病菌和牡丹黑斑病菌的室内抑菌活性;基于1-萘酚和恶霉灵显著抑菌活性,制备乳油制剂;通过对溶剂、乳化剂进行筛选组合优化,测定相应配方的性能.[结果]1-萘酚和恶霉灵对3种植物病原真菌均表现出显著的抑制活性.确定序号5、11、12、16、17和20的配方不论从乳油外观还是乳化分散性和稳定性方面均完全符合乳油的要求.[结论]1-萘酚和恶霉灵乳油制剂可进一步研究开发.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to find out the optimum proportion of emulsifiable concentrate based on 1-naphthol and hymexazol.[Method] Firstly,we prepared and bio-evaluated 1-naphthol and hymexazol for their antifungal activities against Fusarium graminearum,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Alternaria suffruticosae by using mycelium growth rate method in vitro,respectively.Secondly,we prepared emulsifiable concentrate based on the significant inhibitory activity of 1-naphthol and hymexazol.Finally,we screened combinatorial optimization of solvent and emulsifier according to the corresponding formula of performance measurement.[Result] 1-naphthol and hymexazol showed significant inhibitory activity against three kinds of plant pathogenic fungi.Six formulas like 5,11,12,16,17 and 20,no matter from the appearance,emulsifying dispersion or stability were completely in line with the requirements of the emulsifiable concentrate.[Conclusion] The emulsifiable concentrate based on 1-naphthol and hymexazol is worthy to study in the future.
