基于熵权的改进TOPSIS方法对黄河水土保持生态工程综合效益评估

摘要
水土保持效益评价对维护管理并实现水土保持项目的效益最大化发挥着重要作用.以黄河水土保持生态工程齐家川示范区为关键研究区,借助基于熵权的改进TOPSIS方法,定量分析水土保持生态工程社会经济综合效益.评估结果表明,齐家川示范区经济社会效益由高到低依次为时期Ⅰ(2007年)、时期Ⅱ(2008-2014年)、时期Ⅲ(2015-2036年);由于设施老化及牲畜啃食等问题,塬面、沟谷和坡面的水保工程的经济社会效益发生了显著的退化.
Abstract
Benefit evaluation is of significant importance for maintaining and realizing the value of soil and water conservation project.In this study,the social and economic benefits of soil and water conservation project was analyzed through Entropy-weight TOPSIS method in Qijiachuan demonstration zone in Yellow River Basin.From the results,the soil and economic benefits in period 1 (2007) is the highest,followed by period 2 (2008-2014) and period 3 (2015-2036).Because the installations are aging and protection forest is eaten by livestock,the social and economic benefits of soil and water conservation project in yuan surface,cheuch and hillslope are decreasing.
