摘要
总结了光照、温度、水分、肥料等不同环境因子对番茄果实品质和风味影响的研究现状,分析了不同环境因子对番茄果实品质和风味主要指标的影响,并讨论了环境对番茄果实品质和风味影响研究中出现的问题及未来的研究趋势.
Abstract
The research status of the influences of environmental factors on fruit quality and flavor of tomatoes were summarized.The influences of light,temperature,moisture and fertilizer on the main indicators of fruit quality and flavor were analyzed.Problems in the research of environmental effects on fruit quality and flavor and future research trend were discussed.
