摘要
综述了陈皮中挥发油、黄酮、生物碱和多糖等主要有效成分的提取工艺和药理功效等.其中,2-甲氨基-苯甲酸甲酯是新会陈皮挥发油特有成分,可用于陈皮的鉴别;黄酮类化合物含量较高,常作为评价陈皮质量的指标;生物碱类、陈皮多糖和微量元素等药用价值也比较高,值得深入探究.目前,新会柑肉、柑橘核和柑橘络等副产物主要被种植户和消费者废弃,但其具有一定的药理活性和应用价值,值得进一步研究利用.
Abstract
The extraction technology and pharmacological effects of the main effective components including volatile oil,flavonoids,alkaloids and polysaccharides,etc,from Pericarpium Citri Reticulata (PCR) and its by-product were reviewed.2-methylamino-benzoic acid methyl ester is the specific component of the volatile oils of Xinhui PCR,which can be used as discrimination of PCR;considering of its high contents,flavonoids are used as indicators of quality control of PCR;the intensive study of alkaloids,polysaccharides and microelements are necessary for their relatively high activity.The by-products citrus pulp,citrus seeds and tangerine pith of PCR are widely discarded by the growers and consumers,while they have many pharmacological effects and application prospect,are worthy of further study.
