高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时分析猪肉中四环素类和喹诺酮类抗生素残留

摘要
[目的]建立猪肉中喹诺酮类和四环素类抗生素的同时分析方法.[方法]样品经过与HLB固相萃取小柱净化、洗脱,以高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪使用多反应监测(MRM)离子模式进行定性、定量分析.[结果]以猪肉为基质,四环素类抗生素在加标浓度为2和5 μg/kg时,回收率为75.7%~88.7%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.6%(n=3),方法检出限为0.4~1.5 ng/mL;喹诺酮类抗生素在加标浓度为2和5 μg/kg时,回收率为79.0%~90.5%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.3%(n=3),方法检出限为0.5~2.0 ng/mL.[结论]该试验所建立的方法可成功地应用于猪肉中目标抗生素残留的分析.
Abstract
[Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of quinolone and tetracycline antibiotics in pork.[Method] Using HLB cartridge for purification and elution,the qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed by HPLC-MS/MS MRM ion model.[Result] Using pork as substrate,the recoveries and relative standard deviations (RSD,n=3) were 75.7%-88.7%,1.2%-5.6% for tetracycline at 2 and 5 μg/kg spiking levels and 79.0%-90.5%,2.1%-6.3% for quinolone at 2 and 5 μg/kg spiking levels,respectively.The detection limits were 0.4-1.5 ng/mL for tetracycline and 0.5-2.0 ng/mL for quinolone.[Conclusion] The method can be successfully applied to the survey of antibiotics in pork.
