摘要

[目的]了解青花菜花冠和花茎2个不同组织的气相色谱指纹图谱特点.[方法]采用气相色谱法研究了青花菜花冠和花茎气相色谱指纹图谱.[结果]青花菜花茎组织的气相色谱指纹图谱主要表现为峰1、峰2、峰3和峰4这4个峰,而在花冠中主要表现为峰1、峰2、峰3、峰4、峰5这5个峰.其中峰1、峰2、峰3、峰4为花冠和花茎的共有峰,有相同的保留时间,且峰1、峰2的面积相近,而峰3、峰4面积差异较大.[结论]青花菜不同组织的气相色谱指纹图谱在峰的数量上有明显差异.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to research the GC fingerprint features of scape and corolla in broccoli.[Methods] The gas chromatogram characteristics of scape and corolla in broccoli were studied by gas chromatography(GC).[Result] The scape is mainly for the peak 1, peak 2, peak 3 and peak 4, the corolla is mainly composed of peak 1, peak 2, peak 3, peak 4 and peak 5.Peak 1, peak 2, peak 3 and peak 4 are common peaks of corolla and scape, those have the same retention time.The peak area of peak 1, peak 2 is similar, but the peak area of peaks 3 and 4 has obvious difference.[Conclusion] There are obvious differences in peak number between two different tissues in broccoli.
