摘要

[目的]明确3%呋喃丹颗粒剂对蔬菜生长与残留的影响,为合理使用呋喃丹提供参考.[方法]采用盆栽法分别测定土壤中添加不同浓度的呋喃丹对生菜和小白菜的发芽与生长的影响.[结果]浓度低于2.00 mg/kg时,呋喃丹能明显促进生菜和小白菜种子的萌发和生长,表现为发芽率提高,植株生长健壮,产量高;浓度高于10.00 mg/kg时,抑制生菜和小白菜种子的萌发和生长,表现为发芽率降低,植株生长异常,出现严重药害,产量降低.进一步残留试验表明,生菜和小白菜中呋喃丹的残留量会随着土壤中添加浓度的升高而增加,与土壤添加呋喃丹浓度呈显著正相关.[结论]应全面禁止呋喃丹在蔬菜基地使用.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to clear effect of 3% carbofuran granules on growth and residues of vegetables to provide reference for guiding people to use carbofuran.[Method] Effects of different concentrations of carbofuran added in soil on germination and growth of lettuce and Chinese cabbage were studied by planting method in greenhouse,respectively.[Result] The carbofuran could promote the germination and growth of lettuce and Chinese cabbage as the concentration lower than 2.00 mg/kg,which could improve the germination rate,plant growth and increased production.However,carbofuran could inhibit growth of lettuce and Chinese cabbage as the concentration higher more than 10.00 mg/kg,which could reduce the germination rate,plant growth was unusual,and caused the serious phytotoxicity as well as decreased production.The results of residual test showed that the amount of carbofuran in lettuce and Chinese cabbage was increased with the increase of the concentration in soil.The residues of carbofuranin plants showed a highly positive correlation with the carbofuran concentration in soil.[Conclusion] Therefore,it should be completely banned on the use of carbofuran in vegetable production.
