三权分置与农民职业心态变迁——基于两类新型农民社区的比较

摘要
通过对陕西省杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区下辖的杨陵区两类新型农民社区——"城社区"和"镇社区"的对比研究,发现后者是一种"三权分置"社区,且农民身份和农民职业的分离、土地承包权和经营权的分离影响着农民职业心态变化,也进一步证明了土地问题是职业心态变化的根本问题.
Abstract
Based on the comparative study of two kinds of new farmer communities in Yangling District, Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone, "city community"and"town community", it was found that the latter was a"three power split" community.And the separation of peasants'status and peasant occupation, the separation of land contract right and management right affected the mentality of peasants' career mentality,which further proved that land problem was the fundamental problem of change of career mentality.
