摘要
概述了我国农作物品种审定制度发展历程,分析了我国农作物品种审定制度存在的问题,提出了相应的改进建议:建立品种审定专家库;根据生态环境明确品种适宜种植区域;根据市场需求修改品种审定标准;根据社会发展及时撤销不适宜品种审定;完善监管机制及救济制度.
Abstract
We summarized the development process of the crop variety validation system in China,analyzed the existing problems of the crop variety validation system,and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions:Establishing variety validation expert library;according to the ecological environment of the appropriate species suitable for planting areas;according to market demand to modify the variety of validation standards;in accordance with the social development of the timely withdrawal of unsuitable varieties of validation;and improving the regulatory mechanism and relief system.
