摘要
[目的]筛选木槿扦插最优条件.[方法]通过采用不同浓度ABT6号生根粉处理,比较不同枝龄木槿插穗的成活生根情况.[结果]插穗枝龄对生根率、根长、根数量的影响极显著.其中,采用3年生枝条、50 mg/kg ABT6号生根粉浸泡1 h后,扦插繁殖效果最理想,生根率达91.6%,根长5.8 cm,生根量60.3 根.[结论]该研究可为木槿扦插繁殖提供科学依据.
Abstract
[Objective]To screen the optimal conditions of Hibiscus syriacus cuttings.[Method]By using different concentrations of ABT6 rooting powder treatment,the survival rooting of different age cuttings of Hibiscus syriacus was compared.[Result]The effect of cutting age on rooting rate,root length and rooting number was extremely significant.Among them,the 3 year old branches soaking with 50 mg/kg ABT6 rooting powder for 1 h,the best cutting propagation effect could be obtained,the rooting rate reached 91.6%,the root length of 5.8 cm,root number 60.3.[Conclusion]The study can provide scientific basis for the breeding of Hibiscus syriacus cuttings.
