农村居民点综合整治影响因素分析

摘要
依据对江苏、甘肃、新疆3个省(区)下属的5市5镇500份实地随机抽样样本,采用数据分析方法对农村居民点综合整治的制约因素进行了分析.结果表明,农村居民点综合整治主要的制约因素有补偿方式、农民受教育水平、农民收入及其构成等.提出了促进农村居民点综合整治的对策.
Abstract
Based on the data of field random samples about 5 towns in Jingsu,Gansu,Xinjiang, the details of the analysis about the comprehensive improvement of the rural residential areas of constraint were analyzed.The results showed that the main restricting factors of the farmland circulation include compensation way, farmers' education level, farmers' income and its components and so on.Some countermeasures were put forward to promote farmland reasonably and efficiently transfer.
