摘要
分析了国外土地整理的发展以及土地法律制度的建设情况,总结德国、荷兰土地整理经验,结合我国国情,对我国土地整理提出以下建议:土地整理要结合现阶段我国的实际情况,通过土地整理促进农业绿色发展及农村产业融合,夯实现代农业,推动精准扶贫.
Abstract
The development of land consolidation in foreign countries and the construction of the legal system of the land were analyzed.The land consolidation experiences of Germany and Holland were summarizd,combined with the situation of Chinese national conditions,the following suggestions of Chinese land consolidation were put foward:The land consolidation should be combined with the actual situation of China,promote the development of modern agriculture,promote the green development of agriculture,the integration of rural industry,and promote the precision of poverty alleviation through land consolidation.
