山西农村转型发展中农民权益保护问题研究

摘要
山西省农村在经济社会转型发展中出现了诸多问题,农民的合法权益遭受侵害.结合山西农村经济社会发展实际,指出了转型发展中山西农民权益保护存在的若干突出问题,分别从政策制度、法制和保障机制3个层面深刻剖析了山西农民权益保护存在问题的原因,提出了加强和完善山西农民权益保护的具体建议.
Abstract
In the process of economic and social transformation and development in rural areas of Shanxi Province, there had many problems, the legitimate rights and interests of farmers had been infringed.This paper pointed out the problems existing in the protection of farmers' rights and interests in Shanxi Province, and profoundly analyzed the reason of the problems from three aspects such as policy system, legal system and guarantee mechanism, then put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen and improve the protection of farmers' rights and interests in Shanxi Province.
