摘要
介绍了我国季风水田农业、商品谷物农业和畜牧业这3种主要农业类型的地域分布及环境特点,分析了不同农业地域类型处地面临的环境问题,从完善立法、行政疏控、公众参与3个方面提出了相应的政策建议.
Abstract
The geographical distribution and environmental characteristics of the three main agricultural types of monsoon paddy field agriculture, commodity grain agriculture and animal husbandry in China were introduced.The environmental problems faced by different agricultural regional types were analyzed.From three aspects of legislation perfection, administrative control, public participation, the corresponding policy recommendations were put forward.
