摘要
根据龙血树的形态结构和植物生理的特点,以海南龙血树茎干为试验材料,探讨龙血树茎干的石蜡切片制作条件.该研究结果可为进一步观察龙血树茎干的微观形态结构提供参考.
Abstract
Taking the stems of Dracaena cambodiana as test materials,according to the morphological structure and physiological characteristics of D.cambodiana,the production conditions of their paraffin sections were discussed.The research results can provide basis for observing the microscopic morphological structure of D.cambodiana stems further.
