摘要
普洱茶是一种耐贮藏的茶,贮藏是重要的加工工序,不合理的贮藏方式会造成普洱茶品质降低.通过实地调研普洱茶生产区、销售区、贮藏区,了解普洱茶产业现状并搜集普洱茶贮藏相关技术,结合文献,分析普洱茶贮藏中存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案,并指出普洱茶相关标准体系构建的必要性.
Abstract
Pu-erh tea is long-storage and storage is an important processing operation for it.Unreasonable storage can lead the quality decreased.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the pu-erh tea storage,through investigation on pu-erh tea production,sales regions and storage regions,understanding of pu-erh tea industry situation and collection of pu-erh tea storage technology,combined with the literature,proposes solving scheme and points out the necessity of constructing pu-erh tea standard system construction.
