青皮木的空中分段压条繁殖技术研究

摘要
[目的]研究青皮木的空中分段压条繁殖技术.[方法]以野生青皮木为试材,选择2年生健壮枝条,以吲哚丁酸(IBA)和根动力1号为促根剂进行了高空分段压条繁殖,研究压条时间和生根剂对青皮木生根的影响.[结果]秋季压条效果好于春季,采用IBA 800 mg/L压条生根率达到83%.[结论]该研究可为野生青皮木的引种驯化提供科学依据.
Abstract
[Objective]To study the technology of air-sub-layering propagation of Schoepfia jasmirodora.[Method]Taking Schoepfia jasmirodora as test material, the propagation of air-sub-layering of wild Schoepfia jasmirodora was studied by using 2-year-old strong branches as materials with IBA and the No.1 root motivation, the effects of layering time and rooting agent on Schoepfia jasmirodora was studied.[Result]The results showed that layering effect in autumn was better than in the spring.The layering rooting rate reached 83% by using IBA 800 mg/L.[Conclusion]The study can provide a reference for the introduction and domestication of wild Schoepfia jasmirodora.
