温州市农业电子商务发展的问题及对策研究

摘要
分析了温州农业电子商务发展的现状,认为温州农业电子商务面临的问题主要是商务市场体系不健全、农产品标准缺失、农业信息化建设水平低、物流滞后、农民观念落后、复合人才匮乏.在此基础上,总结出温州农业电子商务发展的策略和建议,强调应该完善温州农业电子商务市场环境,加快农业电子商务标准化建设,加强温州农业基础网络建设,合理利用农业信息平台,加强农产品物流配送体系建设,提高农民农业电子商务意识,以及大力培养农业电子商务复合型人才.旨在促进温州农业经济转型升级,并推动其在新的经济环境下快速发展.
Abstract
By analyzing the current situation of agricultural e-commerce in Wenzhou,it was pointed out that the problems of agricultural e-commerce in Wenzhou were imperfect commercial market system,lack of standards for agricultural products,low level of agricultural information construction,lagging logistics,backward concept of farmers and shortage of compound talents.On this basis,the strategies and suggestions were summarized for the development of agricultural e-commerce in Wenzhou,which should improve the Wenzhou agricultural e-commerce market environment,accelerate the standard construction of agricultural e-commerce,strengthen the network foundation of Wenzhou agricultural construction,rationally utilize agricultural information platform,strengthen the construction of agricultural products logistics distribution system,improve farmers' awareness of agricultural e-commerce,and vigorously cultivate agricultural e-commerce talents,to promote the transformation and upgrading of Wenzhou's agricultural economy,and promote its rapid development in the new economic environment.
