摘要
在村规民约的背景下,就"外嫁女"的土地拆迁补偿的纠纷进行了探讨,在确立集体经济组织成员资格认定的基础上,在民间法(村规民约)与法律发生冲突时,提出了社会治理合法化的应对措施.
Abstract
The dispute of land demolition compensation of the "outside married women" was discussed under the background of the village rules and regulations.On the basis of confirming the membership qualification of the collective economic organization, when the civil law (village regulations) and the law conflict, the social governance legalization of the response measures were put forward.
