农民工群体特征及职业培训研究——以建筑业为例

摘要
基于建筑施工企业的市场结构和建筑行业的特点,提炼出建筑业农民工五大群体特征,进而从培训时间和内容、培训主办方及培训方式、对培训教师满意程度、对培训效果的评价和技能获得方式5个方面对农民工参加培训展开调研分析.在此基础上,提出了提升农民工技能培训效果的建议,主张推行学习团队组织形式,探讨个性化培训需求的解决方案,切实有效地提升培训效果.
Abstract
Based on the character of enterprise market structure and feature of construction industry, extract the five group features of construction migrant worker.Skills training situation have been investigated and analyzed to summarize the migrant workers group characteristics, which is training time and content arrangement, organizer and method, the satisfaction degree to trainer, evaluation conclusion of training effect and acquisition pattern of vocational skill.This paper put forward the improve effect advice of migrant worker skill training, advocate the learning team organizational form, discuss the solution of personalized customization needs.All of these measures will be helpful to improve and enhance the migrant workers training effect.
