摘要
针对目前国内高等院校食品加工类课程实验教学存在的问题展开研究与分析,在此基础上,从实验项目设置、实验内容、教学模式、教学设备等方面对食品加工类课程实验改革进行了阐述.
Abstract
According to the analysis of problems on the course of food processing experiment teaching of domestic universities, the experimental teaching reform of food processing course which included experiment items, experimental content, teaching mode and teaching equipment were expounded.
