摘要

[目的]研究水杨酸浸种对小麦种子萌发的影响.[方法]以中麦9、中麦12、藁8901、藁9415、北京0045为试验材料,设置0.01、0.05、0.10、0.20 mmol/L的水杨酸浓度,分析不同浓度的水杨酸对小麦种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数的影响.[结果]低浓度的水杨酸对小麦种子萌发有促进作用,而高浓度的水杨酸对小麦种子萌发有抑制作用,水杨酸浓度中以0.05 mmol/L最佳.[结论]该试验可为水杨酸在小麦中的应用提供理论依据.

Abstract

[Objective]To study effect of seed soaking with salicylic acid on seed germination of wheat.[Method] Taking Zhongmai 9,Zhongmai12,Gao 8901,Gao 9415,Beijing 0045 as the experimental material,setting salicylic acid concentrations 0.01,0.05,0.10 and 0.20 mmol/L,effects of salicylic acid at different concentrations on germination energy,germination rate and germination index were analyzed.[Result]Salicylic acid in low-concentration could accelerate the germination of wheat seed,salicylic acid in high-concentration could inhibit the germination of wheat seed,the optimum concentration of salicylic acid was 0.05 mmol/L.[Conclusion]The experiment could provide theoretical basis for application of salicylic acid on wheat.
