城镇低效用地结构分析——以南京市江宁区为例

摘要
低效用地再开发是城市内部存量建设用地可持续利用的重要途径.以南京市江宁区为例,通过理论与调查结果相结合的方法研究了江宁区存在低效用地的街道、开发区现状,分析了其低效用地的结构特点,并提出了江宁区"十三五"期间城镇低效用地再开发对策.
Abstract
Redevelopment of inefficient land use is an important way for sustainable utilization of urban construction land.We took Jiangning District of Nanjing City as an example,analyzed the survey result in the streets,the development zone of Jiangning district and the inefficient through the combination of theory and methods,inefficient use of structural features,and put forward guarantee measures for Jiangning District.
