摘要

[目的] 测定植物样品中氯含量.[方法]应用焙烧富集分离-分光光度法测定植物样品中氯含量.[结果]在选定的试验条件下,方法检出限为6.0 μg/g,方法相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)小于6.00%.对国家标准物质进行测定,获得了较为满意的测定结果. [结论] 该方法简单快速,测定结果稳定可靠,适合大批量植物样品中氯含量的测定.

Abstract

[Objective] To determine chlorine content in plant sample.[Method]A method for the determination of chlorine content in plant sample by roasting enrichment separation-spectrophotometric method was studied.[Result]Under the optimum conditions , the detection limit was found to be 6.0 μg/g and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=12) was less than 6.00%.National standard substances were determined, and got a relatively satisfactory determination result.[Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, stable and reliable, which is suitable for the determination of chlorine content in plant sample in bulk.
