Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Groundwater with Extraction Standard Correction Method by Solid Phase Extraction

摘要
[目的]建立固相萃取-基质匹配法检测地下水中多环芳烃的方法.[方法]采用固相萃取提取目标物,采用基质标准进行定量计算.[结果]匹配基质溶剂校正,消除了部分基质效应,目标物在浓度较低时,均表现出较高的准确度和精密度.[结论]检出限(LOD)均低于2.0 ng/L,采用基质匹配法定量限(LOQ)均在10.0-20.0 ng/L,回收率为70.0%~120.0%.
Abstract
[Objective]To determine polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in groundwater by solid phase extraction and matrix matching.[Method]Using solid phase extraction to extract target compound separates target compound,quantitative calculation was conducted by matrix standard.[Result]Extraction standard correction method eliminates part matrix effect and when target compound was in low concentration,it will show higher accuracy and precision.[Conclusion] LOD was below 2.0 ng/L.Using extraction standard correction method,LOD was always between 10.0-20.0 ng/L and recovery between 70.0%-120.0%.
