摘要

[目的]提高米糠的综合利用率及其经济效益.[方法]以米糠为原料,用高温裂解法制备米糠油,以浸在灭菌水中的滤纸碟进行对照,对米糠油的抑菌作用进行研究.[结果]米糠油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠球菌等细菌,青霉、黄曲霉、黑曲霉等真菌均有抑制作用.其中米糠油对真菌的抑制效果优于对细菌的抑制效果.[结论]米糠油具有一定的抑菌作用.

Abstract

[Objective] In order to improve the utilization ratio and enhance the economic benefit of rice bran.[Method] Rice bran was used as raw materials, "the rice bran oil"was prepared by high-temperature pyrolysis, meanwhile, the bacteriostatic activity of "the rice bran oil" was researched with filter paper soaked in sterilized water as control.[Result] The results indicated that there were obviously antilbacterial and antilfungal effects, the bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, and fungi such as Penicillium fungi, Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus niger, were inhibited by "the rice bran oil".The inhibitory effect of "the rice bran oil" to fungi was better than that of bacteria.[Conclusion] "The rice bran oil"has a certain inhibitory effect on bacteria and fungi.
