摘要

做好农产品中农药残留检测工作是保障农产品质量安全监管的重要环节,而基质效应是影响农药残留分析定量准确度的关键因素之一.对基质效应的概念及产生的原因进行了阐述,并重点分析了基质匹配法、基质净化法、同位素内标法等基质效应补偿措施,以期为农产品农药残留检测工作提供参考.

Abstract

The detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products is an important link to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, matrix effect is one of the key factors affecting the quantitative accuracy of pesticide residue analysis.In this paper, the concept of matrix effect and its causes were described, the compensation methods of matrix effects, such as matrix matching method, matrix purification method and isotope internal standard method, were analyzed, in order to provide reference for the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products.
