亳州紫菀营养生长期的生物学性状研究

摘要
[目的]研究亳州紫菀生长发育规律,为亳州紫菀高效种植和制定GAP提供科学依据.[方法]在田间试验基础上,定期观察亳州紫菀的生长发育过程,并测定营养器官的数量性状动态变化.[结果]在紫菀发育过程中,先由母根茎节处的芽形成地上幼苗,随后茎基处膨大形成根茎,再由根茎处生出须根;数据分析显示,7-9月为紫菀营养积累关键期.[结论]母根茎的质量、截取长度和芽的数量将影响后期长势;7-9月为亳州紫菀药材形成关键期,注重田间管理.
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the growth and development law of Bozhou's Aster tataricus, and provide scientific basis for the high-efficiency plantation and formulate GAP.[Method]Based on the field experiment,the growth process of Bozhou's Aster tataricus and the dynamic changes of quantitative characters of vegetative organs were observed routinely.[Result]During the development process of Aster tataricus, the buds on the parent rhizome firstly formed ground seedlings,then the position of stem base became expand and formed rhizome,at last on which send forth fibrous root.Data analysis showed:July-September was the critical period of nutrient accumulation.[Conclusion]The quality of rhizome,length of interception and number of buds will effect anaphase growing;July-September was the critical periods of Bozhou's Aster tataricus formation,it should be lay stress on field management.
