摘要
白化是一种植物叶色突变现象,引起叶色白化的原因有很多,但是作用机制基本相同,都是由叶绿素缺失或者叶绿体发育受阻造成的.综述近年国内外关于植物白化基因的研究现状,相关基因的克隆以及发展应用,为植物白化基因的进一步研究提供参考.
Abstract
Albino is a common mutation of the leaf color.There are many reasons for albino,but the function mechanisms are basically the same,which is caused by the lack of chlorophylls and the undeveloped-chloroplasts.To summarize the findings about albino gene in recent years at home and abroad,clone and apply albino genes for providing the reference for the research of albino gene of plant.
