城乡建设用地增减挂钩项目助力脱贫攻坚的模式研究——以阜平县楼房村为例

摘要
从楼房村项目安置补偿方式、建设方式、管理方式三方面,分析了阜平县楼房村城乡建设用地增减挂钩项目助力脱贫攻坚特有的模式,探讨了"楼房村模式"存在的不足,并提出具体的建议,为破解我国其他贫困地区易地扶贫搬迁提供参考.
Abstract
From the three aspects of allocation and compensation mode,construction mode,and management mode,we analyzed the endemic model of link the increase and decrease of the rural-urban construction land use projects helping to alleviate poverty in Loufang Village of Fuping County,the existing problems of "Loufang Village mode" were explored,the concrete suggestions were put forward.It will offer reference for relocating the poor in other poor areas.
