摘要
在当前失地农民养老保险基金管理机制现状的基础上,分析失地农民养老保险基金管理机制存在的问题,提出拓展基金投资渠道、开展"养老保险证质押贷款"的基金运营方式以及完善基金监督管理机制等措施,以促进基金管理机制的完善.
Abstract
Based on management mechanism situation of land-lost farmers′ endowment insurance fund,existing problems were analyzed.The measures proposed focused on expanding the fund investment channels, carrying out the fund operation mode of "endowment insurance certificate pledge loan",perfecting the fund supervision and management mechanism,and so on.It will promote the improving of fund management mechanism.
