摘要
随着食品安全问题的日益严重,相对于工业化的食品体系,替代性的本地农业体系逐渐受到消费者的青睐.其中,社区支持农业(CSA)是非常重要的表现形式.该研究主要探讨了社区支持农业产生的原因和背景,及其在美国、德国、法国、中国等国家的发展历程.
Abstract
In the recent decades, food safety has become a major issue all over the world.Alternative food networks and community supported agriculture have growing roles of consumers.This paper focuses on the emergence of CSA and its development in America,Germany,France and China.
