农业转型背景下中职涉农专业人才需求与培养模式研究——以安徽省阜阳农业学校现代农艺技术专业为例

摘要
农业转型升级对涉农专业人才培养提出新需求,针对目前中职涉农专业人才培养模式的现状,以安徽省阜阳农业学校农艺专业为例,构建了课堂与田间工学反复交替的人才培养模式.主要从开发基于工作过程的课程体系;搭建课程开发、建设和运行平台;建立校内外理实一体化实训"双基地"等方面,对中职学校涉农专业人才培养模式的改革提出了优化对策.
Abstract
Agricultural transformation and upgrading of agricultural professional talent cultivation put forward new requirements.In view of the current situation of the cultivation mode of agricultural vocational talents, the talent training mode of alternation of classroom and field was constructed by the case of Agronomy Specialty in Fuyang Agricultural School of Anhui Province.The reform and optimization of the training mode of agricultural related professionals in secondary vocational schools was proposed from the development of the curriculum based on the working process;building platform of curriculum development, construction and operation;the establishment of internal and external integration of practical training "double base".
