摘要
针对食品质量与安全专业实验教学中存在的问题进行分析,结合医药类院校的特点,从实验内容、教学方法、资源配置等方面对医药类院校食品质量与安全专业实验教学模式的构建进行了阐述.
Abstract
According to the analysis of problems in the experimental teaching of food quality and safety specialty,combining the characteristics of medical and pharmaceutical universities, the experimental teaching mode of food quality and safety specialty in medical and pharmaceutical universities which included experimental contents,teaching methods and resource allocation were expounded.
