摘要
[目的]研究黄粉虫虫沙对生菜中有益元素含量的影响.[方法]以6个不同处理组肥料进行罗马生菜的盆栽试验,研究不同处理对生菜中有益元素含量的影响.[结果]黄粉虫虫沙在提升生菜中钠、镁、钾、钙、锰、铁、铜、锌8种有益元素含量方面表现突出,较含量最低水平分别超出88.17％、164.68％、100.28％、243.51％、233.08％、85.09％、128.13％、334.75％.[结论]黄粉虫虫沙提高了生菜的营养品质.
Abstract
[Objective] To study effects of Tenebrio olitor on beneficial elements in lettuce.[Method] The experiment was conducted using six treatments to study the effect of these treatments on beneficial elements content of the romaine lettuce.[Result] Tenebrio molitor could significantly increase including sodium(Na),magnesium(Mg),potassium(K),calcium(Ca),manganese(Mn),iron(Fe),copper(Cu) and zinc(Zn).These trace elements increased by 88.17％,164.68％,100.28％,243.51％,233.08％,85.09％,128.13％,334.75％,compared with the lowest level.[Conclusion] Tenebrio olitor improve the nutritional quality of lettuce.
