分析了长野县休闲农业和乡村旅游发展特点,主要包括实施农业生产法人制、开发特色农业旅游产品、注重原生态保护.总结了长野县休闲农业和乡村旅游的经验与启示,强调政府的扶持和引导,农民的参与和创新,以及将环境发展定位为绿色和持续.长野县在休闲农业与乡村旅游发展过程中积累的丰富成功经验为我国新农村建设和扶贫开发提供了借鉴.
Abstract
The characteristics of the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Nagano Prefecture was analyzed,including the implementation of the legal system of agricultural production,the development of characteristic agricultural tourism products,and the emphasis on the original ecological protection.The experience and enlightenment of the leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Nagano Prefecture was summarized,which emphasized the support and guidance of the government,the participation and innovation of the farmers,as well as the environmental development as green and sustainable.The successful experience accumulated in the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism has provided a reference for the construction of new countryside and poverty alleviation.
