介绍了碳排放权交易市场现状,基于交易成本理论构成及影响因素,从寻找对手和信息成本、讨价还价和决策成本、MRV(监测、报告、核查)成本3个层面分析了交易成本对碳市场的影响,提出了降低碳排放权交易成本的对策建议.
Abstract
The status quo of the carbon emission trading market was introduced.The transaction costs of the carbon market were analyzed based on the transaction cost theory and the influencing factors,from the three levels of finding opponents and information costs,bargaining and decision making costs,MRV (monitoring,reporting,verification).The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to reduce the transaction cost of carbon emission right.
