民国时期北京地区环境状况与治理措施研究综述

摘要
通过对北京地区民国时期的森林环境、水资源环境、人居环境、农业土地利用、灾害情况等方面的历史文献进行搜集和综述,挖掘民国时期北京的环境治理法规和措施,并进行了梳理和分析,以期对我国当前的生态环境治理和生态文明建设提供历史线索和理论依据.
Abstract
The research collected and summarized the historical literature of forest environment,water resources,living environment,agricultural land use,disaster and other aspects in Beijing region during the Period of China.The regulations and measures of environmental governance were analysed,in order to provide historical clues and theoretical basis for the current ecological environment management and ecological civilization construction.
