摘要
[目的]探讨采用蒸发浓缩法预处理高盐废水的可行性.[方法]通过分析某新型农药中间体生产所排高盐废水的水质,采用蒸发浓缩法进行预处理,研究蒸发浓缩法对高盐废水的处理效果.[结果]温度115.5 ℃,浓缩3.33倍为处理该废水的最佳条件.[结论]该研究可为后续生化处理创造条件.
Abstract
[Objective]To study feasibility of pretreatment of high salinity wastewater by evaporation and concentration.[Method]Based on the analysis of the water quality of a new type of pesticide intermediate, the evaporation concentration method was used to treat the high salt wastewater, the treatment of high salinity wastewater by evaporation concentration method was studied.[Result]The results showed that the temperature of 115.5 ℃ and the concentration factor of 3.33 were the best treatment parameters.[Conclusion]This study can create the conditions for subsequent biochemical treatment.
