产甘草苷内生真菌HGE5的鉴定及抑菌活性研究

摘要
[目的]研究甘草内生真菌HGE5及其活性代谢产物,为深入开发利用该菌株提供依据.[方法]选取12种受试致病菌,测定内生真菌HGE5的抑制活性,并采用形态特征观察法及rDNA ITS 序列同源性分析对内生真菌HGE5进行鉴定,利用HPLC法对HGE5发酵液进行分析.[结果]甘草内生真菌HGE5对8种受试致病菌有较强的抑菌作用,内生真菌HGE5为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum);该菌发酵液中含有甘草苷.[结论]HGE5是甘草苷产生菌,该菌的获得可为甘草苷成分的生产提供新方法.
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the endophytic fungi HGE5 from Glycyrrhiza uralensis and its active metabolites,and provide the basis for further development and utilization of the strain.[Method]The inhibitory activity of endophytic fungi HGE5 was determined by 12 kinds of pathogenic bacteria.The endophytic fungi HGE5 was identified by morphological observation and rDNA ITS sequence homology analysis.The fermentation broth of HGE5 was analyzed by HPLC.[Result]The endophytic fungus HGE5 had strong antibacterial activity against eight kinds of pathogenic bacteria.The endophytic fungus HGE5 was Fusarium oxysporum.The fermentation broth contained licorice.[Conclusion]HGE5 is a Liquiritin-producing endophytic fungus,which provides a new method for the production of Liquiritin.
