摘要
[目的]确定四川大邑县金银花采收时间.[方法]对大邑金银花种植基地2012-2014年每年5-9月及每年5月18日的早上、中午、下午3个采收时间的药材产量及其绿原酸和木犀草苷含量进行分析.[结果]四川大邑金银花宜在5月中下旬、6月中旬-7月上中旬、8月上中旬采收三茬花;且早上采收的质量最佳,中午采收的产量最高,下午采收的产量有所下降,但含量仍高于药典标准.[结论]金银花在四川大邑县5-8月采收三茬花,全天均可采,但早上采收的质量最优.
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the harvest time of Flos lonicerae in Dayi County of Sichuan Province.[Method]The yield, chlorogenic acid and galuteolin content of Flos lonicerae in Dayi planting base from May to September in 2012-2014 and those of in morning, noon and afternoon of May 18th of each year were analyzed.[Result]The best harvest time of Flos lonicerae was mid-to-late of May, middle of June to early-to-mid of July and early-to-mid of August.The quality of Flos lonicerae was the best in the morning harvest , while the yield of it was the highest at noon harvest, and the yield declined in the afternoon harvest, but the content was still higher than the pharmacopoeia standard.[Conclusion]Flos lonicerae in Dayi County of Sichuan Province can be harvested three crops of flowers from May to August, it can be collected for all day,but the quality of Flos lonicerae was the best in the morning harvest.
