摘要
[目的]筛选出较好的黑叶紫薇营养繁殖方法.[方法]以黑叶紫薇组培苗和扦插苗为材料,研究组培苗和扦插苗在成活后1年内的生长势和开花时间,比较组培与扦插2种繁殖方法对黑叶紫薇栽培的影响.[结果]黑叶紫薇组培苗在前期生长阶段的生长势、开花期早晚上均较扦插苗更具优势.[结论]黑叶紫薇在实际生产中可优先考虑组培繁殖方式,以便更好地保障种苗质量、提早上市期.
Abstract
[Objective]To selecte the better breeding methods for Lagerstroemia indica.[Method]Taking plantlets and cuttings of Lagerstroemia indica as test material,growth potential and flowering time of plantlets and cuttings of Lagerstroemia indica after 1 years of survival were studied.[Result]The results showed that the growth potential and flowering time of plantlets were better than cuttings.[Conclusion]In order to get high-quality seedlings and early listing period,Lagerstroemia indica can be preferentially propagated by tissue culture in the actual production.
