结合四川崇州等地农村土地改革的实际情况,以14个村219户调查数据为基础,建立Logit模型,系统地分析 "三权分置"政策实施下农户土地流转的影响因素及其影响机理.结果表明:家庭农业收入、家庭非农业收入、是否享有养老保险、受教育年限、用地企业预期租金、与亲朋邻居交往频率等因素对农户的土地流转决策具有显著影响.根据实证分析结果,为加速农村土地的流转、提高资源配置效率提出具有参考价值的结论与建议.
Abstract
Considering the actual situation of rural land reform in Chongzhou,Sichuan Province,we established the Logit model based on the survey data of 219 households in 14 villages and systematically analyzed the influencing factors and influencing factors of farmers' land transfer under the implementation of the policy of "Three power split" mechanism.The results showed that household income,family non-agricultural income,whether to enjoy old-age insurance,years of education,land use expectancy,and the frequency of communication with relatives and neighbors have a significant impact on farmers' land transfer decision.Through empirical analysis,some valuable conclusions and suggestions were put forward to accelerate the rural land circulation and improve the efficiency of resource allocation.
