新环境下农村休闲农业发展研究——以山西省太谷县为例

摘要
介绍了太谷县的基本概况和休闲农业现状,着眼于精准扶贫下的休闲农业发展情况,认为太谷县休闲农业发展主要存在产业链构成不完善、经营方式不规范、政府引导效率低等问题.针对主要问题,建议多种渠道延长产业链,提升经营者的管理理念,并由政府多方面加强引导.旨在通过发展休闲农业转移农村剩余劳动力,促进农业产业结构调整,提升农村经济效益.
Abstract
The basic situation of Taigu County and the present situation of leisure agriculture was introduced, which focued on the development of leisure agriculture under the precise poverty alleviation.There are some problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Taigu County, such as the imperfect industrial chain, the nonstandard management mode and the low efficiency of government guidance.For the main problems, it is recommended to extend the industrial chain through multiple channels, improve the management concept of the operators, and strengthen the guidance of the government in many ways.The purpose of this paper is to transfer the surplus labor force in rural areas, promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, and improve the rural economic benefit through the development of leisure agriculture.
