食品营养学教学内容与教学模式探索

摘要
食品营养学是培养食品科学与工程应用型人才的一门重要专业基础课程.为响应"健康中国2030规划",提高教学质量,对食品营养学引入我国传统文化进行教学内容改革,采用多种交叉模式进行课堂教学,改革成绩考核体系,既激发了学生的主观学习能动性和实践动手能力,取得了良好的教学效果,同时也为弘扬中国传统文化、普及健康理念做出了理论与实践的探索.
Abstract
Food nutrition is an important foundation course of food science and engineering for training the applied special talents.To response to Healthy China 2030 Program and to improve the teaching quality, the Chinese traditional culture was involved in course of food nutrition for the reform of teaching content, a variety of cross-mode teaching techniques was applied into course of food nutrition, in addition a corresponding assessing and evaluating system was also reformed.Thus this project not only obtains a good teaching effect by stimulating students'subjective learning initiatives and practical abilities, but also carries forward the spirit of traditional Chinese culture and makes a theoretical and practical exploration for universal health.
