摘要

[目的]探究小麦种子萌发期间对盐胁迫的耐受性以及响应方式.[方法]采用5种浓度的NaCl溶液处理萌发期的2种春小麦种子,研究盐胁迫对小麦种子的萌发以及萌发期间过氧化物酶类活性的影响.[结果]盐胁迫对小麦种子的萌发有抑制作用,低盐浓度对种子的萌发率影响不明显,但对发芽势影响显著;小麦种子萌发期间的过氧化物酶类活性明显受到盐胁迫的抑制.各指标显示,相同浓度盐胁迫条件下,陇春30号小麦种子的萌发效果略好于陇春27号.[结论]为筛选小麦的耐盐品种以及种子的选育工作提供了依据.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to explore tolerance and response of wheat seed to salt stress during seed germination.[Method] We used five different concentrations of NaCl solution to treat the germination of the seeds of two spring wheat varieties.The effects of salt stress on the germination of wheat seeds and peroxidase activity during germination were studied.[Result] The salt stress inhibited the germination of wheat seeds.Low salt concentration had no significant effect on seed germination rate, but had significant effect on germination potential.The peroxidase activity in wheat seed germination was inhibited by salt stress.Various indicators show that in the same salt concentration, Longchun 30 wheat seed germination is better than Longchun 27.[Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for screening salt-tolerant varieties and seed breeding.
